Fernanda García Villaseñor, based between Mexico City and San Diego, is a seasoned legal and administrative consultant with a diverse professional background. She holds a law degree from Mexico and has extensive experience in corporate law, real estate, and editorial work. Fernanda has collaborated with renowned legal firms based in Mexico such as Santamarina & Steta S.C. and has held significant roles in real estate companies, including founding her own boutique high-end real estate firm.  

Presently, she serves as an external legal and administrative consultant for ICW Healthcare Ventures LLC, E-Star BioTech, LLC, and EdJen BioTech, LLC. As a consultant, she actively manages corporate agreements, compliance programs, insurance coordination, and various operational needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Fernanda excels in multitasking and public relations.
